but now it has 140,000 members and they're literally at war with SimpCity. They're trying to salvage all of SimpCity's content, while SimpCity has started banning a bunch of members left and right.

Looks like you use chrome or chromium based browser maybe some extensions block the connection.
Try opening it in incognito mode first if it works, an extension is probably causing the issue.
Alternatively, try it from your phone using mobile data.

Too many ridiculous "rules" there. If you do something like ask a question in a content posting thread, post a link they don't like, or anything really other than content, you'll get a strike. The reason they give is usually "off topic".

To anyone that can't access the site, it's because they probably banned your IP. Petty assholes. Use a VPN or browser extension to change your IP and make a new account. There's lots of free ones out there if you just need to change your IP.

Just wander over to the new models thread and you'll see why having content rules is good. Same problem is at SMG - recommended in this thread. You can pretty much guarantee that on a busy site that maybe 1% of the users actually post content - and a big proportion of the rest spend too much time asking for posts without posting anything. Frankly, I'd be 80% certain OP broke a rule and got banned, and everyone that says they got banned did so as well. I'd love for SMG to actually enforce their rules and start banning people.

On the VPN side, please don't use a free VPN to change your IP. Everyone who's using a porn site should be using VPNs anyway, but the free ones are NOT there to help you. Simply, if it's free YOU are the product.

To tell you my view about the SimpCity website, I would say it is not really like a forum. It is more like an archive, right? The thing is, they have so many rules and regulations for different things, and if you break any of them, you will obviously get banned.

But that is also the advantage of the website. It is very neat and clean when it comes to searching for the content you want. Every performer has a separate thread, which makes it quite easy to find specific content. They also have many regulations, such as not allowing the same content to be posted twice, so there are no duplicates. They also require you to use specific servers or hosting sites that they allow or are associated with when sharing video links.

You cannot simply share a video using a random hosting link. If we compare this with a forum like NobodyHome, for example, there are many older posts where the links are most likely expired after a couple of years. That can happen on SimpCity as well, but it seems to happen much less frequently.

They have their own whitelist and blacklist of domains for video and image hosting services, and I think they have some kind of integration or association with those hosting services. The advantage of this is that the content posted on the website is more likely to remain available for a longer period of time instead of disappearing because the hosting link expires.

Another thing I like about SimpCity is that, because of their rules, you cannot simply comment anything under a content post. If you want to discuss something separately, you have to create another discussion thread. I actually think that keeps the main content threads much cleaner and more organized.

So overall, I personally like SimpCity quite a bit. It is a good website, and the same goes for NobodyHome. Both websites have their own advantages and disadvantages.

The only thing I would recommend is that before posting anything on SimpCity or even navigating around the website, you should spend a few days reading through all of their rules and regulations carefully. That way, you understand what is allowed and what is not, and you can avoid accidentally getting banned.
