Yes, that’s an important point. SC support told me that you don’t necessarily have to make specific arrangements for the services within Priva; they are listed in the active Priva menu for the model (except for any that are missing). However, CB support said it is mandatory to agree on exactly what the Priva arrangement will cover.
If you ordered a pizza from the menu but were brought a different one—with the excuse that the one you ordered wasn't available—that is an error on the part of the person who failed to update the menu; they should simply issue a refund or replace it with something that suits you.

A large proportion have utter contempt for their viewers and even their paying customers, but most will do what you ask, or whatever is on the menu, provided you show them respect and negotiate with them like adults. Private shows are just business transactions that follow after some public "advertising".

To prevent OP from feeling scammed, I believe he just has to make an agreement on the transaction BEFORE the private even starts. Just get it in writing in PMs. If a model fails to deliver what's promised, write a negative review, give a thumbs down, and/or make a complaint to the site and you may get refunded. You can talk all day about “agreeing on the terms beforehand,” but the bigger issue is transparency. Nowhere on the site does it clearly say that a model is working with an operator.

I know about it, but a new user might have no idea there’s another person behind the account. From a basic human and ethical standpoint, the site should disclose that upfront so customers know who they’re actually dealing with.

And the whole “bad review, ban, or maybe you’ll get your tokens back” thing is pretty shaky. Models can just open new accounts, and there’s no guarantee the customer gets their tokens back. In practice, customers have very little protection.

Meanwhile, an operator could promise pretty much anything and ask for any amount of tokens, while the customer may not even know whether the model herself is aware of what’s being promised in her name.
